Panel Discussion: Why Unionize at an AAU Institution
United Academics of UO will host a panel discussion on the topic of the advantages of forming a union for all academic professionals at UO. Confirmed panelists include Ezra Zubrow, Professor of Anthropology and Director of the Social Systems GIS Lab from SUNY Buffalo, Pradeep Kumar, Professor of Physics at University of Florida, and Daniel Golodner, Archivist at Wayne State University. SUNY Buffalo and the University of Florida are both AAU institutions. The panel will emphasize areas of concerns that have been identified by United Academics organizers and leaders. There will be time for discussion and questions.
