Credentialing
We are no longer requiring credential cards at registration, however, we will require everyone to provide proof of ID at registration. Please bring valid photo ID to convention.
Registrations
The link to register for convention can be used by all attendees. All registrations are due by April 3, 2019
If you are attending, either as a delegate, alternate, or guest, register online here.
Payment
Registration is $75 for delegates and alternates. Additional guests for Saturday night's awards banquet are $55 each. Make checks out to “AFT-Oregon” and mail by April 3, 2019 to:

The deadline for hotel reservations is April 2, 2019.

Amendments to the AFT-Oregon Constitution and Bylaws
Amendments and Resolutions
Proposed amendments to the AFT-Oregon Constitution and Bylaws are due by March 4, 2019.
Proposed resolutions are due by April 3, 2019.
Amendments and resolutions must be emailed as both a text-based document (such as Word or plain text) and as a signed, scanned PDF to amendments_resolutions@aft-oregon.org.
All submitted amendments and resolutions must include the following:
- A title
- Two local officer signatures, which should be visible in the PDF

If mailing by post, any forms must be postmarked by the deadlines listed above.
